How do I verify my email address?

You have to verify your email address before you can buy and sell on the Carousell marketplace.  

When you first sign up for Carousell, a verification link will be sent to your email address. Just click on that to get verified. 

If you don't see the verification email, check your junk mail or spam folder. The email may have ended up there if your email service provider automatically filters this sort of email. If you're using Gmail, check your Social and Promotions tabs too. 

In the event that you're still unable to find the verification email or your verification link has expired, you can request for the verification email to be resent. To do this, go to the Carousell app and follow these steps: Go to Me -> Edit Profile -> Email -> click on Resend Email Verification.
